Students will graph their pulse check results on the back of their worksheet or on a new piece of graph paper. Once the graph is complete, students are to answer the 3 questions on the front of the worksheet.

Directions for the Graph

- Display increments for heart rate along the Y-Axis (you may use increments of 5, 10, or 15 - i.e. 100, 110, 120, ......)
- Plot your target heart (60% and 90%) along the Y-Axis and indicate your lower and upper limit # (i.e. 124, 185)
- Shade in your target heart rate zone (60% - 90%) as displayed in the graph above
- Plot your pulse checks along the X-Axis (Pre Stretch, 5 min, 10 min, .....)
- Plot your heart rates accordingly on the graph
- Connect the plotted points
